Shipping Policy
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48hours Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to4:30 PM Pacific Time.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
UPS
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on price tiers for the total cost of products on your order.
Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the total cost of shipping and will have the option to continue to check out or to edit your cart or simple not complete the order at that point.
Free Shipping
Customers will receive free shipping on any order where the subtotal is $100 or more. This promotion is only valid in the continental 48 U.S. states with regular ground shipping. A code will automatically appear in your shopping cart, you must click the button "show available coupons" to activate your free shipping offer.
Be advised that both the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) do not make pickups or
deliveries on holidays. This may delay your shipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of
interruptions of service caused by holidays.
Both USPS and UPS deliveries are also generally slower during the Christmas – New Year holiday timeframe. It
is the buyer’s responsibility to take potential delays into account. We do our best during this holiday season
to
dispatch orders quickly. At times during the holiday season, we will enable a USPS Overnight Express or UPS
Overnight Delivery option. Because of USPS pickup schedules at our location, orders received after 10:00am
(PST) will not normally ship same day.
We are not responsible for the performance of the carriers once the carrier takes custody of the shipment.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes
available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling
for the second shipment.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at 562-735-0219 or via
